Required Activities to “Qualify” for BONUS Rate and ATM Refunds

To “qualify” for the BONUS Rate, and for the ATM Fee Refund, for a specified statement cycle, each of the following Qualifying Activities must take place within that cycle period (month).

1.  Have at least 10 signature debit card transactions post and clear.
2.  Receive your bank statement electronically.
3.  Have at least  one automatic payment or direct deposit post and clear.
4.  Access Online Banking at least once.
5. Keep us informed of a valid e-mail address.

Here’s What It Will Take To Set Up Your IDEAL Rewards Checking Account

The following simple actions will be taking place at the time you visit a westbury bank office to set up your IDEAL Rewards Checking account. A westbury representative will be able to guide you through this process.

1. You will need a minimum deposit of $50.00 to open the account.
2. You will have to provide a current email address for the account holder. (Current email address is required for monthly emailed notification of electronic statement availability)
3. You will be setting up an Online Banking account at westbury bank. (The IDEAL account may be added-to an existing Online Banking account if one already exists.)
4. You will start the enrollment process for an e-Statement for the IDEAL account. (Only electronic statements will be provided for this account. Paper statements are available at a fee of 2.95 per month.)
5. You will be setting up a Direct Deposit into, or Automatic Payment from, the IDEAL account within each statement cycle. (Pay checks, social security checks, rental payments, mortgage payments; at least one Item per statement cycle. Please remember to bring appropriate information.)
