Job Description

Westbury Bank has an opening for full time CSR (teller) at our Hartford office. We are looking for someone that demonstrates exceptional customer service skills with a positive attitude. A CSR position with our team offers ongoing training, career development and advancement opportunities. If you enjoy providing exceptional customer service, are able to work a flexible schedule, and enjoy interacting with customers

Job Responsibilities

  • Exhibits superior customer service and a professional appearance
  • Processing customers’ transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Maintaining and balancing a cash drawer
  • Handling routine questions from customers
  • Engaging in conversation with customers about banking needs and cross selling products accordingly
  • Learning all Westbury deposit and loan products, introducing the products to customers and asking for referrals
