Job Description

westbury bank has an opening for a Personal Banker. Our Personal Banker provides exceptional service to our customers, resolving customers’ issues, and engaging them to understand their financial needs. Previous experience opening new accounts is required. Previous sales experience and cash handling is required, must have the ability to provide friendly, professional service while effectively cross–selling products and services to new and existing customers. A minimum of two to four years branch banking experience is preferred; a high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for processing customer transactions while providing unparalleled service
  • Consult with customers on various products and services, explaining features and benefits
  • Assist customers with resolving errors and complaint issues
  • Meet individual goals and assist branch in meeting team goals
  • Maintain the highest level of confidentiality with regard to customer and employee information
