westbury bank has an opening for a part time CSR (Customer Service Representative) at our Germantown office. We are looking for someone that demonstrates exceptional customer service skills with a positive attitude. Job Responsibilities

  • Exhibits superior customer service and a professional appearance
  • Cash handling, maintaining and balancing a cash drawer
  • Handling routine questions from customers
  • Learning all Westbury deposit and loan products, introducing the products to customers and asking for referrals
  • Engaging in conversation with customers about banking needs and cross selling products accordingly
